I received the wrong cake from this GAC location likely due to picking up my order on a very busy holiday. When I called to discuss this issue with them they were sincere and apologetic. They worked hard to attempt to rectify the situation and were great to work with. Their customer service didn’t make my issue feel insignificant nor were they dismissive, which feels rare in today’s consumer market.
