MeMa's Bakery is an absolute treasure! The biscuits and gravy are so good I ate them before I even made it out of the parking lot – that says it all! The pecan rolls are incredible too. Everything here is genuinely homemade and you can taste the love in every single bite. The staff are warm and friendly, and the whole place has that wonderful old-fashioned ma-and-pa bakery feel that's so hard to find these days. A new favorite spot in Kansas City!“

“Nothing Bundt Cakes delivered a full-size red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting to our office as part of a promotion, and WOW—this was hands down the best bundt cake I’ve ever tasted! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly sweet, and had the most delightful surprise—chocolate chips baked into the batter. Every bite was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. Our entire office was blown away! If you haven’t tried their cakes yet, you are seriously missing out. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve been getting cookies from Mrs. Fields in Oak Park Mall for over 10 years, and they’ve never disappointed! I also work in the mall, so I stop by often — the customer service is always friendly and consistent. I’ve ordered lots of custom birthday cookies over the years, and they always get them just right. Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with care. Highly recommend!“
“This place is the absolute definition of hidden gem. The rum cake was INCREDIBLE!!! Warming it in the oven took it from 10/10 to 20/10- a definite must! We also came home with some peaches, pasta and wine- all were delicious! Can’t wait to try a paella class and their private dinner!!“

“Love the sausage/egg/cheese and sausage/gravy kolaches. I don't often make a point to drive 20 minutes to go pick up take out. But in the case of Kolache factory, I make an exception. And I even take the kids. That's my level of devotion to these things. Anyway, go there expecting a wait and that they may be out of some things because they are just that good. Calling them ahead to reserve things is good in theory but likely no one will answer if they are busy, which they are a lot on weekends.“
