“My own experience of The General Manager, Chante & staff of our Topeka Crumbl is different than sharing a few words. The Crumblers have filled my Hope Mobile with Love via donated cookies up to 6 days a week for a year and a half.Beyond the cookies that are scratch made, they are personally supportive of Hope Dealing through our community. Chante made a decision that Crumbl is a drop off site for shelf stable food to be placed in the more than 40 Bee The Blessing Boxes ? throughout town.They have helped sponsor 2 boxes on residential property and just recently a NEWLY constructed LARGE blessing box on the property of our local Foster Care support center, KVC.Crumblers are also pivotal parts of helping me support KVC. “One of the things that makes a Mexican restaurant feel more authentic is the salsa bar, which they had. The orange chipotle salsa reminded me of exactly what I had when I lived in Mexico. We go back many times when we crave Mexican. Best in Topeka to us! The burritos are super filling, the tortas exactly how I remember them, and the cactus is perfectly sauteed and seasoned for those looking for a vegetarian option. Highly recommend especially if you need cilantro, actually spicy Chiles, or limes. Great prices on produce and you can get cooked meat with sauces and stuff for affordable prices. All the little snacks like barrio and emprendor remind me of going into the little convenience stores by the beach for snacks. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Go for the food, stay for the authenticity.“
“My son was so excited to bring churros from his favorite bakery as his school birthday treat yesterday! It was easy to place the order by email, the churros were a great price, communication when I had questions was quick, and everything was warm, packed up, and ready to go when I arrived first thing in the morning. I work at the school and several kids came up to me throughout the day telling me these were “the best churros they had ever had”. I recommend Oakland Bakery to anyone who will listen…our favorite local business, and everyone there is so friendly and helpful.“
“The customer service I received this sunday at Perkin’s was phenomenal. I went out to eat with my mother in law and my infant son. He is at the teething age therefore he is quite cranky. The entire beginning of us getting there and ordering was filled with him crying (which is not fun in a restaurant). Once our meals came, a sweet older lady who is a team lead there, came to our table and offered to hold my crying son so I can eat. She said that I needed it. Not once has this type of customer service been offered to me anywhere else. I will remember this moment for a long time.“
“hands down best of everything. bagels and sandwiches which have been menu staple are so scrumptious tried the pizza tonight and mind blown. they understood the assignment when it comes to homemade crust and fresh toppings. definitely be ordering more pozza here and less from chains.“
“I cannot recommend Shana cakes enough! my husband surprised me with a cake for my 30th birthday. He had difficulty finding a bakery near us that could make a gluten free cake, he called and messaged several bakeries and no one would get back with him except for Shana cakes. They were super understanding and accommodating. The cake was AMAZING. I was diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago and cake was one of the big things I missed. Not anymore, this was just as good as any gluten containing cake I've ever had. It was so delicious, I can't wait to order another one!“
“Drove an hour to pick up & deliver a gift of these .. ended up with a box for myself as well .. of the best, most beautiful and yummy cupcakes EV-ER. And the lady was nice as could be too! She assured me that all their flavors had been baked that morning and that was no lie - these were obviously Super fresh. Best part .. they were not overly sweet even the frosting .. Just pure flavor bombs! Special mentions.. the Wedding Cake cupcake and the Hostess cupcake. Don't hesitate.. this place is a gem!“
“I love the Bundt cakes, but I do have a couple of ideas for improvement. I would like to see more of variety of the Gluten Free. Being Celiac, I am to stay away from Gluten, but I'd sure love to try some other flavors besides the wonderful Chocolate Chip. I am also a retired military vet, most employees can give me the military discount, and even when I get the BOGO I get the discount. That is so wonderful and a great way to do business, but some employees say that, "They can't do that". It would be nice if they all knew how to apply the discount, even with the BOGO offers. Other than that, this place is GREAT.“
“We love this place. I recommend going as early as possible to get pastries while they are warm and before they run out! The selection varies from day to day- apricot, chocolate, strawberry, ham and cheese, etc. Sometimes you can buy yesterday's pastry at a discount. (But they don't reheat well and are best fresh!) Dine in is not an option, unfortunately.“
“Finally tried this place since it had been recommended by so many people. I’m so grateful they offer gluten free options. This morning I tried their gf apricot bites (protein ball) and a gf oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. They were both delicious as was my iced mocha! I will be back!“
