“I went for the first time on Saturday with my granddaughters to treat them to a cookie. They both got 13 inches of hair cut and donated it to wigs for kids and I was very proud of them so I treated their kindness with some yummy cookies ?. I tried the attached photo and it was moist and delicious.“

“We went to Country Cookie based on a recommendation of a customer at the nail place we were at. We are from Iowa, never heard of the place before today. The cookies were great. They were having an event that had face painting, tattoos, spin the wheel for a prize and pick a sucker for a prize, plus deals on cookies. We were burning time while the boys went to the Chiefs Training camp. The girls had fun and the staff was so kind and fun. One of them won a deco kit and she had a blast decorating when she got home. It is not allowing us to post pics of the fun we had. Thanks for the experience, we will visit when we come back that way. Everyone should go get ya some cookies from these wonderful people! “Jordan in Hy-Vee Aisles online (I may have spelled your name wrong) and her whole crew- y’all are amazing. I know some days are extremely busy and you guys get behind because of short staffing or excess orders, but regardless you all are nothing but kind and genuine people who all deserve a raise! I had a large online order today that was supposed to be ready for pickup 4-4:30. I work in St. Joe so I usually grab my groceries after work on my way home, 30-35 minutes from town. Today I waited an hour and a half, still waiting for my cart to be complete around 5:30. I was late picking up another order in town scheduled for 5. I called and Jordan hooked me up with Hy-Vee delivery, which they never do because I live so far out in the country, and they brought it out to my doorstep. Yes, it was late, but I could’ve been a total Karen and not taken their struggles into consideration... but instead I realized (after years of previous customer service) that being mean would not help anybody in that situation. It would make their job harder and put me in a worse mood. They were extremely accommodating and this will never stop me from shopping at St. Joe Hy-Vee. I could’ve easily asked for a refund and gone somewhere else, but Hy-Vee has always been the best place in town and I don’t want to shop anywhere else. You guys work hard for your community and I see you!!! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart!“

“Typical walmart. Perfunctory service. Able to find what we needed while traveling and got in and out. They have a decent hot chicken sandwich and chicken slider sandwich at the deli. Didn't check out the bathrooms. If you're looking for them to heat up a cold sandwich that you buy, don't bother. They don't have a microwave, was the response to our request.“
