“We have been coming here for a little while the service and food are always consistent and very good! We have brought out of town guests that know authentic Mexican food and they said this was indeed very good and recommend it as well!! We are so pleased we have a place to bring our out of town guests!!“

“They are the nicest people and such good hosts. I love this place and highly recommend all it has to offer. 10 out of 10.“

“Every time we have eaten here the food is delicious, service is great, margaritas are excellent!!! Definitely more authentic that any other Mexican food in Lawrence!!!“

“This is my favorite restaurant for fajitas!“

“A friend and I dined at Molcajetes for the first time yesterday. It was amazing! Wonderful food and great service. We will definitely be back. Of all the Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Lawrence, Molcajetes is now my favorite.“

“We had Taco Zone cater our wedding in Kansas City and what I can say is HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are so nice, down to earth and hard working. They will go above and beyond for you prior and on your day. I have nothing but wonderful and raving things to say about the staff at Taco Zone. It’s the talk of our friend group and work on how amazing the food was, which is always good to hear since wedding food is known for being average… but they were far from average. If you are thinking of booking them for your next event, take this as a sign to do it! Thank you again, we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to serve our favorite people but TACO ZONE!“

“Love this little local Mexican restaurant! Staff is always so friendly and perfect for college kids (or anyone) wanting cheap good margs! Food is great and they always accommodate to my GF diet!“

“Always great food I am never disappointed!“

“We have ordered takeout a couple times and the food has been very good! 👍“

“My issue with taco johns isn't taco john's, they're great. It's the people I meet at the drive thru. The first one is the guy who's throwing a party for 50 of his closest friends and is getting all the food at the taco john's drive thru. It takes him forever to order, it takes them forever to make it, then he invariably has some problem that requires a long discussion at the window. (I also meet this guy at the pharmacy drive thru, weird). The second is the guy at the exit (only large enough for one car) who's trying to turn left across 2 lanes of traffic and can't seem to get it done. Somehow I meet more of these people at taco john's. But taco john's is the best, I go to the drive thru, order 2 meat and potato burritos, boom I'm in and out and omnomnom.“

“I had a taco salad. Pretty good, but the shell wasn’t crunchy. Chewy. Don’t know what that was about.“

“I semi regularly go to other chipotles. And I thought chipotle had lost the ability to make a fat burrito, with fresh ingredients. I visited Lawrence for the first time recently. I doubt I ever go to another chipotle. Every ingredient was fresh, portions were like they were before chipotle got greedy, and service was fast. This should be a model restaurant for all others. If you’re reading this, NEVER go to Olathe Kansas Chipotle’s.“
