A huge thank you to Reed and everyone else at chipotle, we were able to feed all of our staff in a timely fashion because of their commitment to quality and service.
Yet again, the guac had large chunks of onion and big pieces of avocado because they seem to be using kid’s scissors to cut the onions and avocado not yet ripe and harder to mash (also two harder to eat). Chips were stale, the burrito was much smaller than usual, and cold in the middle. Not my “usual chipotle” but I was in the neighborhood so I ordered on the app and picked up here. Never again.The building smelled, terrible… like a dirty feet, musty sewage combo. The drink counter was a mess and it was only 11:00 in the morning, so was it not cleaned at closing the night before? One of the bowls I had had fajita veggies… some of them charred to an absolute crisp, so the whole bowl tasted like burnt grill scrapings. The portions were lacking....read full review
