Ordered last night for dinner. Website was easy to order from, ordered a Large pizza with a coupon, store kept in contact with me through text, Pizza was great, made accurately and perfectly portioned. However my only problem was that I was under the impression that if I order on papa John’s website, I should get a papa John’s delivery driver who gets paid a decent wage, so I gave a $3 tip (20% of my order). Got online order and called to add sauces and peppertinis. They stated this was not problematic, yet when I received my order it was not added. Pizza got here fast, hence the 3 stars, unfortunately the pizza was doughy.
Frustrating for one of the most expensive pizza places you would hope higher standards.
