Went to drive thru. Forgot half my order. Realized when I got home. Forgot 2/4 items
I had a frustrating experience at this location that management needs to address.
I was given a total of $10.28 at the drive-thru and had the exact amount in cash, including pennies. When I went to pay, I was told they don’t accept pennies and that my total would be $10.30 if paying with cash.
You can’t quote one price and then increase it at the window due to an undisclosed policy. If pennies aren’t accepted, that needs to be clearly posted before customers...read full review
