I have a sentimental connection with this location-- my father was an acquaintance to the owners and he would bring hotel guests when they asked for authentic Mexican tacos. I also got to experience the flavor and great service prior to his passing. On another note, there are indoor and outside seating choices. There are plenty of other authentic items to purchase and different food items; we always opt for carne asada & al pastor tacos with cheesy fries (queso is thick & tasty)....read full review
The Mission location is just as good as the KC location. Since I live in Mission, it is much more convenient. The decor is more subtle, and there is much less space for dining in The Original store is more than a restaurant as cold cases and shelving hold Latino foods and merchandise. Each location is worth visiting. I love my shrimp street tacos!
