Just had a delightful experience at this location on N Oak. Everyone was super pleasant and courteous. I had the new fish and it was delicious! Besides an accidental expletive by an employee, it was a great visit! You should all be proud!
I asked if they had hot honey sauce for the chicken tender and the cashier told me she could give it to me on the side. I got 5 tender and they gave me a small condiment cup of sauce. I knew I'd need more so I asked for more and the manager came to the windo with an attitude and told me he wasn't even supposed to give me any in the 2st place and that he wasn't giving me anymore. This Arby’s is okay, but I’ve heard they are a training store. Which explains the yoyo of experiences at this location.
