They were fixing the AC when I was there, and it was so cold we couldnt stop shivering. But, the food is very good and the staff is friendly. There's also a big game room and private rooms for parties and suchKid-friendliness: It has ice cream and a game room! What more could a kid want!
It's only our second visit as a family. The food is good but the buffets are not well maintained, there is often empty pizza pans, picking scraps at the salad bar, etc each time has been later in the evening between 6:30-7:30. Maybe they're short staffed?

Stopped here last Saturday afternoon while on my way to Kansas City since I was craving a buffet and like Pizza Ranch buffet and decided to stop here. The price was a little pricey but not super expensive. The food was great but the service in keeping the food items was a bit slow due to them being short handed. I also liked that this wasn't too far from I-29 and easily accessible.
