Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant known for its quick service and friendly staff, particularly the respectful and competent manager, John. However, there have been issues with the credit card reader in the past, which were quickly resolved by the attentive servers. Unfortunately, some customers have reported inconsistent experiences with customer service, citing instances of disrespect and poor handling of complaints. The food is generally regarded as good, but there have been issues with orders coming out cold. The parking situation can be challenging at times, with managers asking customers to move closer to the building during busy hours. Despite these issues, many customers have fond memories of Sonic Drive-In from their childhood and hope to see improvements in customer service and management in the future.
