Was there about two weeks ago when you had the Frito Rap for $1,49. Very disappointing dry, fritos, only in the rap no meat what so ever. And the Black Girl that waited on me was very rude and smart mouthed. Just popped in never again.

They gave me partial of my order, made me wait over an hour to bring out the rest and my sandwiches didn’t even have any burger Patties on the sandwich.I called customer service and they told me to wait a day or two and the manager would be giving me a call back to resolve the issue. I called the store to speak to the manager and she didn’t even want to listen to me, saying they can’t help me. Being very rude.Definitely recommend going to a different location.

This place is a great place whenever you want to eat but is a quick place to just hurry up and come get your stuff instead of sitting in and eating normally they used to have good customer service up until the point they want to argue with someone about an order and don't want to they have attitudes that are off the wall they don't think that the customer is always right policy is the best one and they get very disrespectful when you ask them about a certain order or whatever it may be that you have ordered from the don't bother wasting words with people who have such little respect for their customers Sonic used to be the best place to go to until they want to make their customers feel unwanted and argumental towards the customer is a very big problem with me I'm highly disappointed in this they need better customer service better managers better people. The food could be good if they got it out half the time it comes out cold which is crazy cuz it's supposed to be cooked once ordered but that's not here nor thereParking: Just be careful of the disrespect from the managers because once you give him a complaint they like to be overly abundantly and disrespectful they try not to give you back any type of discount or refund they love to argue but the parking could be better they try to make people move closer to the building when they're very busy which I don't understand why you have stalls if you ain't going to let nobody a lot has changed with this place since I was a kid

Been to this location twice now and both have been pleasant experiences. Manager here is super friendly and even gave us a freebie for not having a certain item in stock. Wait is a little on the longer side but it was to be expected due to high volume of costumers before us.

The service I was given today was horrible. I dont go to Sonic a lot and this location has always done great. Today was unacceptable. I left without checking my order, got home and was missing mozzarella sticks. Normally I wouldn't have cared but that was the whole reason I went there so I called and was told twice that they knew for sure they packed them in my bag. So I was pretty much called a liar. So I said I would bring the bag back and the lady hung up, no apology nothing. I got there and they brought out the missing mozzarella sticks. I asked the car hop of she would make the rest of the order fresh because everything was cold now. She said no. I asked for a manager and she came back out and said "she" was not available and walked away. I honked my horn and a young guy came out and told me to leave. I said not till I speak to a manager. A tall man came out and introduced himself as the manager, even though the car hop said she earlier. I asked for a new burger and onion rings cause what I had was now cold. He took my bag and what I can only assume warmed up the whole bag instead of making new. God only knows what else they did to it. I contacted Corp and they are escalating this issue. I then went to another sonic and bought a whole new order and trashed what was given to me at the original location. I never complain about an order but the way I was treated was unacceptable.I hope someone is held accountable for this because I will not go back to this location again. I think feeling like I was called a liar tipped me over the edge.I also forgot that I even left a $2.00 tip so my total was $24.77 as per the second receipt.

So I went here and ordered some food and a shake and 3 sonic blast the food was all cold one sandwich didn't have bacon on it and didn't get two of my drinks took it back and manager was really rude and said he could give me a refund but couldn't re make the order really
