I came here and from the start I was disappointed with the non existent basic kindness and proper order taking. Additionally when I got home, half my order was WRONG! I was missing items I paid extra for. When I called up they did not apologize for the errors made at all!! In the end they did correct the order but it required a trip back to the store. The food tasted fine but I had a trouble enjoying it with how upset I was with the experience!
This Taco Bell (store 34405) specifically is by FAR the cleanest, most well kept fast food restaurant I have been to off Independence Ave. And I want to shout out the manager there (Lord forgive me I’m horrible with names 😩) But she is AMAZING, and amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how amazing she is.
