This is one of the most friendly Wendy’s in the ox “kc proper” area
Staff was awesome and fast
Food was okay. Service was okay. They were out of honey mustard for my nuggets, Coke zero and diet Dr. Pepper. Women's restroom was NASTY!!! I almost turned around and walked out after seeing that. Not sure why I didn't.

Wendy's has experienced a positive change with its new management. The staff are now consistently kind, polite, and always smiling, creating a friendly atmosphere in the area. Customers appreciate the improvement, as previous negative attitudes and toxic environments have been replaced by a welcoming and bright environment.
The quality of food at Wendy's has also gotten better. Customers have praised the freshness and temperature of the chicken in their sandwiches and nuggets, along with the care taken in preparing their orders. The in-store service is generally very good, with staff providing genuine and professional assistance, making the dining experience pleasant. The drive-through can be a bit slow at times, but when customers have time to wait, their food is hot and fresh.
Parking is plentiful, and while Wendy's is more suited for casual dining rather than kid-friendly activities, children still enjoy eating there. Overall, Wendy's has become a welcoming spot offering high-quality food and friendly service.
