“5 stars for this location where the burgers are always served prompt, fresh and HOT.. Whopper was still hot & delish, even after it sat on my table for 5 mins. Manager Abril is obviously leading her team with care .. wish they could head up to the Platte City location and teach that team a thing or twelve. Great job, N. Boardwalk BK!!“
“I have pretty high but fair standards when it comes to reviewing restaurants, and Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant. They had fallen in years past, but the changes they are making towards fresh produce, no preservatives or artificial coloring, and things like that have made a tremendous difference. So when I review Burger King I have pretty high expectations.
This restaurant excelled in almost every category!
Food: The fries were perfectly salted, the soda was not flat, and the burger tasted fresh, crisp, and juicy, and the presentation was spot on. I love that their Whoppers come in the cardboard box wrapped and paper, which really helps keep things clean while eating them!
Staff: the gentleman who took my order was friendly, although he seemed a little bit new. But the person who set out the order was friendly and greeted me with a smile, which is way more than you normally get at fast food restaurants these days. The fact that she didn't make me feel like a burden for eating outside is already a huge win, but she went to both that and actually was friendly!
Cleanliness: All the tables and floors were clean. And I saw staff periodically coming out to clean. The only downside is that the service counter looks cluttered when you first come up to order. They really need to work on that part of the store if they want perfect presentation.
Decor: they had their signature Burger King crowns on every table. This particular location doesn't look like it has been updated to the modern decor as much, but it's still pretty and comfortable. I didn't like that the cushioned sitting chairs in their lounge area had no coffee-table style tables, which made it kind of difficult to eat there. But that's not a big deal.
As a driver, this is going to be one of the locations around the metro that when I take my lunch break I will drive the distance to go to. They really hit a home run!“
“I like Burger King but this particular one doesn't make the food fresh no matter how much you requested it, an who wants cold food or food that's been sitn there awhile!? Service is ok (better then it used to be) and it's open late 24 hours I believe...“
“I would have given a 4 but I had to shake salt off of my fries literally! I asked for a manager so they can see how much salt was on my napkin, the worker she didn't want to go and let the manager know that I wanted to talk to them and the regional manager had to step in so but I guess I should have gave a five for the regional manager. Was very helpful to me.“
“I usually don't leave reviews. I guess I never really thought they mattered too much or my little voice wouldn't make much difference. But i wanted to give the cashier Oscar some props! That boy has GREAT customer service! And I know because I also work in food and beverage. He's great at making you feel welcome, even asked my name and brought my food out to me multiple times! And of course the food was delicious and hot and the place was clean. Thanks for a great experience!“
“Burger King is the best by far. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles are always fresh. For the price, it is also the best value. I never eat at McDonald's anymore because the food doesn't taste right, and the prices are outrageous“
