The Burnt Ends have the perfect amount of crust and smoke, yet the meat is tender and moist! You gotta try the Smashed Potatoes!! Definitely a hidden treasure in WyCo.
Absolutely love the smoked wings and brisket! Haven’t had the smoked chicken or mushrooms yet, but plan on going back soon! Great family run restaurant!

The Kansas City BBQ Bistro serves outstanding barbecue. A combo of Beef Burnt Ends and Baby Back Ribs with sides of Cheesy Potato Bake and Broccoli with Roasted Garlic Butter was great. Both the original BBQ sauce and spicy were very good. One guest had issues with a Champagne Salad; the chicken was not cubed and was drenched in dressing, and a replacement lacked Pecans. The server was apologetic, and the manager made it right on the bill. Another group enjoyed takeout of chicken, sausage, and brisket barbecue. A half slab ribs and baked beans, plus burnt rib ends and coleslaw, were also outstanding. The brisket, burnt ends, and especially the ribs have the most smoke flavor, blasting with hickory smokey flavor. Coleslaw was good and sweet, beans were solid, and the bacon in the Mac and Cheese was a simple and elegant way to enhance flavor. One guest did not like the mustard base sauce with a strong aftertaste. Fall off the bone tender ribs, very good, flavorful BBQ sauce, and crispy and delicious onion pells are highlights. The staff is very kind and friendly.
