“From the minute my child and I walked through the door, we knew we’d have a great experience. The staff we encountered were upbeat, chipper, and greeted us with a warm welcome, with big smiles (loved that).
Our waitress was Jerica. She provided THE best customer service we’ve had at a restaurant, in general this year. She was very attentive, kept our drinks refilled and brought out extra waters without us asking, and gave us an eta on when our order would arrive.
In at exactly 10 minutes, Jerica brung our fresh orders to the table and our food was perfect. We ordered off the breakfast faves menu, I got French Toast, it came with 2 eggs and I added an extra egg and hash browns. My child had the breakfast faves, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes, and a side of breakfast potatoes. Again everything was hot (loved that).
Jerica checked on us while we ate and when we were done, she asked us if we’d like drinks to go. I believe that is called going the extra mile. My child and I agreed that she was awesome and made us want to return!
Restaurants aren’t perfect and have up and down views depending on the staffing at the time. I think this current staff is amazing, thank you all for a phenomenal experience!“
“Had a fantastic experience at IHOP (prairie crossing in KC) thanks to our server, Marilyn! She was attentive without being intrusive, checked in on us at all the right moments, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Our drinks were never empty and our food came out hot and on time. On top of the prompt service, she was genuinely warm and pleasant the whole way through — the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Marilyn was awesome!
