“We haven't been to I Hop in a few years as service along with food hadn't been as good. Went today and was pleasantly surprised as new omelet I had (spicy Poblano without pancake batter in it) was great!!! Pancakes were a bit larger and flavorful along with good sized hashbrowns. We're planning on a return visit. Decorated for Easter ? too!“
