Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.
Will not return. We had heard great things about their food after finding it online and asking people from KCK.We ordered large orders--chicken Alfredo, spaghetti with meatballs and chicken Parmesan. Chicken Alfredo had thick, above average sauce, some meat. Spaghetti and meatballs, a large order, had only 3 small, almost tiny meatballs with minimal, watery, tasteless sauce. After drooling over the reels we just had to drive over from Blue Springs today for lunch and boy were we glad we did!! So much to choose from but settled on the Meatball and Chicken Parm sandwiches and we each added a slice of one of the best pizza’s we’ve ever had! The crust was NY perfection !! Customer service was outstanding and prices were just right! We will definitely be back and bring all our friends! Thanks for a great experience!

Italian Delight offers a positive experience for customers and delicious pizza, with the 4 meat large NY style pizza receiving high praise. The garlic knots were also a hit. Guests can enjoy a Stromboli with lots of Parmesan cheese, a Calzone, or a slice of pepperoni fresh out the hot oven. The house salad, with generous and crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and house-made dressing, is a good option. The Italian Sausage slice has a generous amount of sausage with good flavor, melted cheese, and the right amount of sauce. The food is starting to taste more fresh, and the Alfredo is described as heavenly. The steak sandwich is also noted as possibly the best in KC. The staff is incredibly cool and helpful, with everyone in this establishment deserving a million stars for their work.
