Final Cut Steakhouse offers a mixed dining experience. The server was attentive, and the private room provided a comfortable setting for a special occasion. However, the $185 steak and lobster meal was inconsistently cooked, and the food lacked proper seasoning. On a positive note, the Thursday strip loin special was exceptional, and the birthday celebration was made extra special with the attentive service and dessert.
