“Food was great, the blackberry iced tea was wonderful and our server was kind courteous BUT I don't know why it's a common occurrence now that when it comes time to pay the bill, the server disappears and couldn't pay on the kiosk because the check wasn't closed out.Not just at Chili's but everywhere, it seems. Waited for 25 minutes (table well cleared by now), wallet on the table and wasn't until I got up to find someone that it was finally closed out.“
“I stopped in on Monday night during a snow storm with my wife and 2 daughters. We normally love Chili's and this location was ok. Except the entire place was freezing. And even though it was empty we were put right next to a plate glass window with cold temperatures from outside coming off of it. The waitress was great. The food was good. The manager was a little bit inflexible with our order request.. that others Chili's locations have had no issues with... he came back to our table a few times after we ordered with the waitress. She came back later an apologized to us for his behavior. Seems like it shouldn't be her job to have to do this, and a good manager wouldn't put their staff in that position. We were traveling through KC. We still love Chili's but will likely not return to this location.....“
