It's so dark... Always have issues reading the menu.
My party consisted of 3 people, 1 with a shellfish allergy and 2 without. Upon notifying the serving staff the manager came to our table to inform us that extra safety and handling measures were being taken, and going as far as bringing out the shellfish free dish separately by him. This created a sense of care and relief that I have not experienced at an establishment. Thank you for going the extra mile and creating a very memorable experience.
I know, I know. Why am I leaving this Olive Garden 5 stars when they've been there for a hot minute.
But I have to gush to these folks.
I'm a new Aunt, and ordered a take-out order to run to my brother, his wife and their new baby. Night 1 at home. Out of excitement, I left a little note on the take-out instructions thanking the staff, and mentioning that the OG staff and the carbs were saving 2 new parents on night 1 of baby at home.
