A Kansas City Staple! You are in for a delight. Some of the best sandwiches and fries. From the Z-Man (I date you to get the portabella), to the jumbo pulled pork, or the Rocket Pig. The fries may be the best in the world. Dip em’ in the bbq sauce for an explosion in your mouth. Never had anything better. Their ribs are good. They have a good bark and pull nicely off the bone. Listen- I’m from NC and deadly serious about my BBQ. I came to KC for a conference and decided I would see for myself what all the buzz was about. Joe’s meets and exceeds the hype. The ribs were so perfectly sauced, cooked, and juicy it brought an actual tear to my eye. The precious server on the floor saw I, in his words, forgot to order the mac and cheese and brought me some.
