“Stopped in starving after work and the manager Arenda is killing it! The best fries I've ever had! I remember when she was working the drive thru before becoming a manager and I just adored her! So happy to see her advancing! She totally deserves it and is doing a wonderful job!“
“The food is good and freshly made.
The service is acceptable but at times when it's busy there is confusion about which food belongs to which customer.
The dining room is generally clean, but at busy times there could be more attention given to cleaning up after previous customers.“
“We placed a mobile order and while we were told it would be made because they didn't have power it wasn't so we came the next day to finally get our food since we were never refunded like promised. Things were pretty standard after we got there but we placed another order and we accidentally ordered it though drive thru even though we were eating there. I informed one of the employees there and he went above and beyond to get us our food. There was a mixup with the manager because we had two orders but he made sure we got everything even though he was busy he didn't forget any part of our order. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to make sure we were happy. I worked at McDonald's for a few years when I was young and I know how disheartening it can be to work in an environment like that people aren't appreciative they can be rude and demanding even when things are out of an employees control. It's easy to lose the drive to work harder than you need to. So thank you Zivan, you were the difference in our day. You made a bad situation better and left us feeling happy and appreciated. We see you and all you do. Don't lose your spark it will be what makes you succeed in this cold world. Thank you for caring for us as humans not your job and not customers. You're changing the world“
“I will happily drive 25 minutes out of my way to get breakfast at this McDonald's - they are a well-maintained machine! They are consistently efficient and friendly and incredibly fast :) I am never intimidated by a long drive through line. No matter how busy they are, it only takes a few minutes to get your order - hot and always accurate.. thanks for constantly helping my day start right!“
“I stopped for breakfast. It was about 6:15am-ish... the manager only had like 2 or 3 people for staff so food was taking a little longer... there were several people in the restaurant besides me and they were already complaining about the wait... but the manager was handling her ship like a professional... assuring customers their orders were coming and calming folks down... but orders were right and delicious 😋“
“I thought I got my card hacked here but come to find out it was scammers that hacked into my home bank. The General Manager Brittanie was the kindest person. She assured me God would take care of it and that’s exactly what happened.“

“I like McDonald's. I know the jobs can be stressful like any other jobs, I want people to understand that I like my food really hot and my fries fresh out of the fryer. I know it's fast food joint. I'm ok with my food to be really hot .“
“They get my order wrong pretty frequently but they are usually very busy when this happens however they have an employee named AMY who is amazing and was quite the help after my most recent order was messed up she made it right and took care of me with no questions asked and I appreciated that as I was upset from the inconvenience of having to deal with a messed up order she rectified it 😉“

(I waited in lobby 17 minutes for 3 McChickens), Young cooks got bad tempers! (The cooks purposely skipped over my number & gave my food to another customer.
(If you ask for Service or How long on food Cooks will throw a TANTRUM!)

“McDonald’s has amazing deals on their app. They change occasionally but there is currently buy one get one for multiple items, 20% off your order, and free any size fry with a $2 purchase. The best thing is they are available once per day. You can also earn rewards points for free food. If you are eating at McDonald’s but not ordering with the app you’re giving money away.“
“This is the worst McDonald's ever in history. I think they rip you off. Give you smaller items where you order large. And don't care about fixing the problem. They just talk bad to you. And tell you, you'll just have to go round again. And then after you get mad, they go well, help you have a great day after you're upset because you got 2 small items. When you order large ones and they won't fix it. And the driest thing you have to go all the way around it. Order again and I guess to me that means pay again to huh“
“I walked 10 minutes to get there at 10:15 PM, but the door was closed. The sign on the door says you’re open until 11 PM, and Google Maps also shows you as open. When I asked, the lady told me you were already closed. If you close at 10 PM, why does the sign say 11 PM and Google Maps show you as open? I walked 10 minutes to get there based on the hours you posted. Please update your hours so customers don’t waste their time.“
“Samantha at the counter was wonderful. Their ice cream machine was down and I already used my rewards on a cone she hooked me up with a frozen Dr pepper. At first I was a lil irritate but Samantha was very sweet anyways best customer service skills I've seen at this McDonald's ever!!! And on a day this hot? Exactly what I needed and when!“
“It was quite amazing at 1am going thru drive thru the woman working tonight 6/10 she works nights ALL ALONE! I work taco John's & there's times when I'm alone for hours! Talk about hectic and underpaid! IMO She deserves an award!!! Keep it girllll we're rooting for all fast food workers who work alone!!!!!!“
