“It was nearly empty, so service was fast. Not sure how I feel just being able to use the lips, what if I have questions. I'd have to leave the kios ask questions and then go back to the kios and potentially lose my place at the kios. Anyway, overall experience was good.“
“An employee named Olga served me breakfast on 08/18/26 and was really awesome and seemed like she would be an asset to any company that would hire her. I watched her , and she looked like a very hard worker, yet handled things with ease and cheerfulness , very attentive, great welcoming personality, took care of me and told me to have a beautiful day. Made me happy on my visit to the restaurant. All around great vibes from her! Asset to any company, I would say.“
“I haven't been to a McDonald's in ages my grand daughter wanted to go on a date and when asked where she would like to go of course she chose McDonald's. McDonald's did not disappoint everything was FRESH and very good. We had a wonderful date dining in and just having kiddy conversation and me teaching her restaurant etiquette...We have a date again same location this weekend can't wait. Customer service was AWESOME they were very attentive and patient to my 6yo grand daughter I was teaching her how to order and pay for her food.“
“Food order came out great and accurate. The ordering process, payment process and the drink accuracy were a bit of a struggle. We went at 4:30pm so I wonder if it was just a shift change issue, but there was a very flustered atmosphere happening and it took a few tries and a walk inside to get our drinks right. My Dr Pepper still was lacking in syrup. I'd give them another shot, but this visit was disappointing.“
“I noticed a sign for a McDonalds, exit off I-470 Lees Summit, took the exit and it was only 2 miles off the highway, what a nice touch by Missouri DOT. The food was tasty as usual. The location is nestled in an area accessible by 2 roundabouts making it highly desirable for road weary travelers. Love the Fish Sandwich and of course the famous fries.“
