McDonald's in Lees Summit

“The people working here have so much patience. The local neighborhood teen boys ride their bikes, motorcycles, and motorized scooters here to get snacks and act like heathens. The kids are driving dangerously through the parking lot, stealing sodas, leaving their food mess all over the floors and tables, being loud and rowdy. If you don’t find the restaurant in the best condition just know that the staff is busy with customers and local boys who haven’t been taught how to behave in public.“

“It was nearly empty, so service was fast. Not sure how I feel just being able to use the lips, what if I have questions. I'd have to leave the kios ask questions and then go back to the kios and potentially lose my place at the kios. Anyway, overall experience was good.“

“My family went to McDonald's this evening and Olga was simply AMAZING. We have never gotten service at this location like this before. She made sure we had everything hot and fresh and she even came over to check on us. Super sweet! They need more associates like Olga in this world.“

“I haven't been to a McDonald's in ages my grand daughter wanted to go on a date and when asked where she would like to go of course she chose McDonald's. McDonald's did not disappoint everything was FRESH and very good. We had a wonderful date dining in and just having kiddy conversation and me teaching her restaurant etiquette...We have a date again same location this weekend can't wait. Customer service was AWESOME they were very attentive and patient to my 6yo grand daughter I was teaching her how to order and pay for her food.“

“Food order came out great and accurate. The ordering process, payment process and the drink accuracy were a bit of a struggle. We went at 4:30pm so I wonder if it was just a shift change issue, but there was a very flustered atmosphere happening and it took a few tries and a walk inside to get our drinks right. My Dr Pepper still was lacking in syrup. I'd give them another shot, but this visit was disappointing.“
