“The usual MCDs experience nothing special here. It wasn’t horrible and it wasn’t amazing. Our food was prepared properly as ordered and served hot. Everything was as it should be for a fast food visit. The store appeared well staffed and organized as well as clean. I had no complaints other than prices going up but what can you do everything is going up now.“
“One of the better McDonalds you will find. Not a big fan of fast food, but every now and then the convenience is hard to pass up. They are cheaper than other McD’s in the area and seem to have a good staff. Mobile app is a breeze with this location.“
“Drove thru, so atmosphere at a minimum. Still, the several employees I did come across were extremely friendly, courteous, pros and the grub was just as remembered. No doubt, we WILL be making a repeat appearance soon ?.Keep up the good work ?.“
“Food is most generally hot and fresh. Best McDonald's within a 15-mile radius of itself. All employees are kind no matter what shift or day of the week. They get my orders right 1,000 times over better than the stupid automated computer installed. It's so annoying. But when I hear the human employees' voice over the speaker, I know that it's all gonna be alright! Yes, the automated voice is pleasing, and she is bubbly but rarely gets my order right, nor does she understand the words coming out of my mouth. Please get rid of the AI or pay for an upgrade that really actually works.“
“There was someone at the counter to take our order, which is becoming increasingly rare, and that was a nice change of pace. Especially since the kiosks don't always work.Kid-friendliness: Their PlayPlace was clean and organized. My friend's kid was able to play until he was worn out.“
“Sometimes we push it a little too far but overall they're never not there to keep us up and keeps going foward. Neither cold or hot in the extremes we are always granted reliefe. Reviews from the perspective of a street urchins are a little different but overall McDonald's in KC has changed my opinion of them all.“
“Only 3 on the service, because it was so busy, not anyone handling the lobby or counter regularly. If you go to a restaurant that does deliveries, uses automated systems, including a kiosk for inside orders, I highly suggest being willing to wait or try another location. It happens a multiple shops.“
