The young man at the drive thru pickup window was most friendly and offered a drink tray already to go with straws and spoons ( two flurries) when I pulled up. Monday night about 8:15. A real B nice guy 🙂
Best McDonalds in independence. I placed a mobile order on the app and arrived 5 minutes before breakfast ended. For some reason after I’d been standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting it cancelled my order. The owner was in there and had them make my order anyways and they tossed in an extra apple pie. They handled it perfectly! Thanks!
I had a highly concerning and frustrating experience at this location. I am a dasher and come here quite a bit. I visited on a rainy day, and when I walked into the enclosed entryway, I slipped and took a hard fall onto my hip and elbow. There were absolutely no floor mats down, and no warning signs visible as you enter. In fact, after I fell, I noticed they did have a 'Slippery When Wet' sign up—tucked behind the wall to the left so that it only faced people leaving the...read full review

Another customer noted that usually there are little to no issues, but the shredded lettuce smelled and tasted like it was not washed, and there was a ton of carbon dust from the grill all over their food. This customer suggested stopping cutting corners and cleaning the flat top. The restaurant’s ability to address staffing challenges and maintain a respectful, customer-focused environment appears to be an area for improvement.
