The young man at the drive thru pickup window was most friendly and offered a drink tray already to go with straws and spoons ( two flurries) when I pulled up. Monday night about 8:15. A real B nice guy 🙂
Ordered extra syrup for pancakes. I get home and no syrup at all. Crazy paying extra for syrup and then not getting any. Please check your orders. Thanks
Hopefully you don’t need anything inside because you’ll be waiting at the counter while everyone including the manager will just look at you

Despite staffing issues, the employees are friendly and courteous. One customer was impressed that the crew didn’t seem stressed and the food was good, even with the line backed up. Another customer noted that usually there are little to no issues, but the shredded lettuce smelled and tasted like it was not washed, and there was a ton of carbon dust from the grill all over their food. This customer suggested stopping cutting corners and cleaning the flat top. The restaurant’s ability to address staffing challenges and maintain a respectful, customer-focused environment appears to be an area for improvement.
