The young man at the drive thru pickup window was most friendly and offered a drink tray already to go with straws and spoons ( two flurries) when I pulled up. Monday night about 8:15. A real B nice guy 🙂

Just getting drinks but when we pulled up to the 2nd window the lady didn’t give us a cup holder for are 3 drinks and when my wife politely asked for one, she gave her a look and said “Have a nice day.” And my just drove off because she doesn’t like confrontation with people. That was rude and disrespectful, and my wife was upset the whole ride home.

This customer suggested stopping cutting corners and cleaning the flat top. The restaurant’s ability to address staffing challenges and maintain a respectful, customer-focused environment appears to be an area for improvement.
