I just watched a manager yell at a customer because she wouldn’t use the kiosk. Um she was paying cash and the kiosk doesn’t take cash. This place is one of the worst I’ve been to. every crew member is surly as hell. Just wow.

The lady that seemed to have tattooed eyebrows in the kitchen LOL, i had ask for BBQ sauce through the microphone and when i pulled up to the pick up window i also asked for ranch, she gave me and attitude and told me “nope, there’s bbq sauce in the bag” and i told her i can’t have ranch too? and she said yes but for ¢25 but with an attitude. like obviously i’ll pay for it if im asking for it. If she doesn’t like her job she need to find another one, im pretty sure she was the manager. There was another young man at the window that usually gives you the food but she intervened and she gave us the food thinking we were gonna act a fool with him. Prolly the worst service i had in months.

This is the hardest working McDonalds crew I have ever seen, however they are understaffed. I am guessing that the owner is trying to cut costs by understaffing. This causes customers to wait too long for "fast" food. I give the crew 5 stars though.
The manager was really rude to me. All I wanted to do is change the toy and she said she doesn’t change toys anymore. That is so sad. She was sarcastic. I really wouldn’t want to go back as long as she’s there.

Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald's in my entire life. Fries were cold and soggy. They would not cook fresh fries . They said they were fresh. Unbelievable! I ordered a McRib value meal. The McRib was burnt, tasted horrible and dried out and it came with a sesame seed bun rather than the hoagie bun that it's supposed to come with. I asked for no onions and of course it was loaded with onions. I had to pull around and wait in line again and when I got to the window, the lady acted like I was a nuisance for her and she was very rude. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
