“The coffee is amazing staff is wonderful but the only problem is the music is so loud I could barely talk to the lady who was taking my order at this time she said she was completely sorry because she messed up and got me a regular coffee instead of a decaf. This was not her fault.“
“I have been here a couple of times and it is one of my new go to spots when in the area.The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The drinks are superb and everything is very competitively priced. There does seem to be an issue with their selling alcohol, is it is on the menu as available, but is noted as not being able to be purchased on the site. The food is reasonably priced, but just average in terms of quality.“

“Visited this place as an out-of-state worker based on a recommendation from my hotel staff and I am beyond happy I went! Staff were amazing, best coffee place I’ve had in a long time. They took time to explain the menu to me, make recommendations based off of what I traditionally like to drink, and even sincerely asked how my morning was going. Ultimately I got the Golden Eagle and it tastes delicious! I will be coming back every time I’m in town now!“
“I'm torn because the latté here was very good, with a rich, silky smoothness that left no bitterness in the aftertaste. However, it took about 20 minutes to get a coffee, and it just felt like too long to wait for any coffee drink, but I was committed and am better for it.“
“Ran in for a quick cup of coffee, but ended-up sitting-down and relaxing for a while in this really sweet place. Friendly staff and customers. Simply a nice place to unwind for a while. “Ariel was so friendly and personable. 5 stars.In a world where it seems like employees at chains could care less, Ariel greeted me with a smile and asked how my holiday was. Later, as I worked from a table, I saw some kids come in, acting a little obnoxious and asking for water (without buying anything). She was so patient, and treated them with kindness, not lecturing them about having to buy something to get a cup of water, but treated them like 10 or 12 year olds who were just out having fun and not really understanding how business works.Good on Ariel and good on this Starbucks for hiring her. The world needs more people like this, and corporate chains need to do whatever it takes to single out these type of people and make sure they have jobs (and make sure they are promoted).Great experience, and brightened my day!“
“This staff isalways a pleasure to meet and gives great service.. They do not shove the card reader at anyone. Nor beg for the tip. I have not experienced that they ask if you want to leave a tip if not go to.the next screen. Do not blame them for a corporate decision.“
