One of the best locations in the area. They get my drinks right far more often than stand alone stores! The pricing is weird sometimes but I was told it is because their system is Hy-Vee and needs to be manually updated to match other stores. The employees are always pleasant and helpful; I love this Starbucks!
I typically have okay experiences here. They are a little higher priced than stand alone ones. But one visit in particular rubbed me the wrong way. Got same drink I always do they charged me over three dollars for a drink I ALWAYS pay 2 and some change for. Asked for cream hands me black coffee. I state there is no cream in there.
