Ordered through app and they forgot an item. When we returned to get it, wasn't offered an apology for the mistake.
Floor was dirty but the employees were remarkably aware and kind.
The mobile app makes it impossible to submit feedback about missing menu items. One of my items from my order was missed, and the app wont let me submit feedback because it wont let me enter the time of my order or the store number. Always sit and check each individual item in front of them to make sure it's right and present.
