Service was absolutely horrendous! There were multiple(4-5) people sitting and eating in the dining area. It was 7:30pm(way before closing) and all the doors were locked. We tried POLITELY knocking and they ignored us. The people sitting and eating inside saw us and said something to the workers and they still continue to ignore us. We then went over to the drive through and when they came over the speakers they were extremely rude, and resorted to yelling at us when we respectfully asked to order. When we finally got to order , they would not serve us ice cream, and the crispy chicken sandwich was almost not edible, it had been on the burner for so long. Horrible experience all around. It’s so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give you a one.

Extremely terrible mistakes are made here often I come maybe every now and then and I come today to try the spicy nuggets for them to give me the correct drink fries and then a burger…. Why and how could you possibly get that wrong then of course I said no to a receipt because you expect when you give a simple order it should be quite easy to fill but apparently there’s to much of a party going on in the kitchen to do the job right and I’m all for parties but not when you’re not doing your job correctly wipe the slate clean shut it down whatever but I’ll never be back and if I don’t here from someone soon since you can’t answer your phone I will be back shortly looking for the manager

The manager and other girl working the second window early mornings (December 29 6:45am) are so rude! I ordered an iced coffee and they gave it to me really hot for whatever reason so I asked for some eyes on the side and the bigger girl working out the window had the biggest attitude over the asking for some eyes, real dry, slam the windows shut and then handed it to me very rudely, and then the coffee was not even made right. I swear they make it different every time, and it was absolutely disgusting. There was no flavoring and it whatsoever. I asked him to remake it all together and then I walked the manager literally open a couple of flavoring. They probably didn’t put any to begin with to open a new one to make my coffee. The manager was also extremely rude For literally no reason whatsoever. I normally get my coffee every morning from Starbucks with the line with long decided to go over to McDonald’s. They barely have any business and this is how I was treated. I would just continue to get coffee from Starbucks and the coffee has never made the same Anytime I go to McDonald’s and get coffee and the people here are just rude

Ordered a B/E/C McMuffin, B/E/C Biscuit, and 2 L Sweet Teas. On the receipt, they put it for a McGriddle instead of a McMuffin, and on top of that, even though it obviously says Sweet Teas, they give out 2 L unsweetened Teas.

I went here on my way home from working 12 hour shift and didn't check my food until I got home and I ordered 2 mcdoubles and they only put 1 patty on both mcdoubles so they charged me for Mcdoubles when I didn't even get them so I called 5 times and they never answered the phone .
