McDonald's offers a mixed experience. The counter service is appreciated, especially with the sometimes faulty kiosks. The PlayPlace is great for kids. Some find the cashier friendly, the dining area clean and modern, and the food fresh. However, others had issues with old-tasting food, forgotten orders, and bacon on items not requested. The location seems to have changed from top-notch to inconsistent in food quality and service speed.
