We came for late night dining after 9:00 PM. The tables had been wiped, but we're still wet and the smell was horrible. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were overcome by the odor of old mop smell. We decided it was not worth taking a risk to order food And so we left.
They really need to improve the cleanliness of this restaurant.
I always have loved this place .
Food came out nice & hot, great tasting & promptly. Our waitress helpful and patient.

Based on customer reviews, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is a great place with food that comes out quickly, hot, and has good flavor. Excellent dishes are properly prepared. The staff overall is exceptional, with servers who are polite, friendly, and know the menu by heart. Specific servers were noted as being upbeat, happy, and attentive. The service is fast and reliable, with waitresses who go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The hostess is also wonderful and accommodating. While the overall stop is great, the carpet could use a little update as it was a little sticky.
