McDonald's in Olathe

“While several other locations are hiring only one ethnicity and barely speak English this location is very diverse and I’ve had no issue with all of the employees ability to speak and understand English. The customer service is great, and the food is usually fresh. By far the best location in this town..“

“Have yet to be disappointed, or discouraged from returning. I always appreciate hot food, and this place keeps me coming back for hot fries and fresh cooked food. Many food places hold on to food too long, and charge you good money for something you'd throw out. My money feels well spent on the food I've received from here. Recommend if your stopping for Fastfood.“

“Most times when I visit this place, it's mediocre like any fast food joint, but this time , the fries were fresh, they were salted evenly, the burger was fresh, the cheese was actually yellow not that burnt orange color, and the nuggets were perfectly golden brown, I don't expect this everytime out of fast food , but the shift working today did a good job and I'm glad since they had to wait on the fries, they went ahead and made the whole order fresh, that's efficient thinking, and that's what customers notice. I felt like I got what I paid for this time“

“I popped in for a quick meal, and it was exactly what I needed at the time. The service was surprisingly snappy, even with a decent line forming, and my food arrived hot and put together just right. The dining area was tidy and bright, which made it a comfortable spot to sit for a few minutes while I mapped out my next stop. “I took my granddaughter to this location because they have the plate place that she likes so much unfortunately the slide was not working quite as it should it was like you say sticky but she found other parts of the gym to play in is it still your favorite place to go to play in McDonald's“

“Normally this is my favorite location. However the last few weeks, I've received the wrong item 3 out of 3 times!! Hopefully it's just new employees being trained, and will return to good service soon.
I always order McDouble no onions
First week it had onions.
Second week it had extra onions, and no pickle.
This week... Yay no onions. 😊 But missing a patty. 😞

“They were so nice they were having a meeting in the dining area and watch my things while I went to the restroom because I have been meeting with a client. They brought your food to the table and served you and then got me ketchup I have not seen this kind of service at the McDonald's. So sweet so nice felt like you wanted to be there and even the employees acted like they enjoyed their job. Great place to eat McDonald's.“
