McDonald's in Olathe

“While several other locations are hiring only one ethnicity and barely speak English this location is very diverse and I’ve had no issue with all of the employees ability to speak and understand English. The customer service is great, and the food is usually fresh. By far the best location in this town..“

“Good fresh most of the times , staff very friendly and easy access from road . Clean place . Managers and lady on drive thru in morning times during breakfast are great people. Other staff is good too I just deal during morning breakfast time most of the time . Overall nice place“

“Whenever I get a breakfast sandwich I get the Sausage, Egg and Cheese or the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. However, if I don't request that the Sausage Patti itself isn't cooked well it's a pale color that doesn't look completely cooked. So, I request that it's cooked Well Done. It would be nice if they would cook the Sausage Well Done all of the time. Other than that McDonald's is a great place to get a hardy breakfast!“

“I honestly hesitant to stop here after reading all the negative reviews, but I’ve been here three days in a row and my experience has been the complete opposite. I was at the truck stop next door for the weekend, Every visit, the food has been hot and fresh, and the staff has been friendly, but nothing over the top like other McDonald’s where they greet you or while they are cleaning asking you if everything is okay.

The only issue I had was on my last visit when I was given the wrong order. However, I let them know, and they corrected it right away without any hassle. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how they’re handled. Based on my experience, this location has done a great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.“

“I popped in for a quick meal, and it was exactly what I needed at the time. The service was surprisingly snappy, even with a decent line forming, and my food arrived hot and put together just right. The dining area was tidy and bright, which made it a comfortable spot to sit for a few minutes while I mapped out my next stop. It is a reliable choice when you want something familiar, and this location definitely kept things running smoothly.“

“Great food. Dirty lobby, tables & chairs...1 must assume the kitchen is also.
