I have done A LOT of Uber eats and DoorDash deliveries from here. Usually a great McDonald's day or night. “I stopped for a quick, late lunch and I was surprised to find a McDonald's that has its act together. There was a board showing the Shamrock shake and I was almost tempted until I saw the option of a McFlurry. Everyone says their machines are always broken so I ordered a McFlurry just to see if I could get one. I got one! My Filet-O-Fish was picture perfect as well.“
“In town from Virginia and wanted a McDonald. I ordered the sandwiches via the app and curbside pickup. The transaction was flawless. At the McDonald close to my home in Virginia, I usually wait forever for someone to deliver the food or I end up going inside from the curbside pickup parking spot. This McDonald had about a 3 Minute delay from the time I put my parking spot in the app. The food was delivered and absolutely no issues. “Full honesty, I worked there for two years, back when I was 17. This was 10 years ago. I can tell you this, back when I worked there it was a very clean McDonalds compared to other food places I worked at, I never had any issue eating any of the food there. They also treated the employees ok, compared to other food service jobs I have worked at. They didn't cheat the customers, and they followed employment law more than most other fast food places (I never noticed anything missing from my check, they responded to sexual harassment complaints properly, as far as I was ever aware there wasn't any sleep with a boss to get a promotion/keep your job going on like I had heard happened at other mcdonalds, and I got a employee meal of 3 dollars for the morning, 5 dollars during lunch with free soda all day) I will say this rubbed me a bit wrong then, but back when I worked there, they asked the employees to write 5 star reviews whenever our reviews dropped, a quick check of the recent five star reviews appears to confirm this. The thing is, as far as mcdonalds go this is a five star, decent mcdonalds, but they should have asked employees to write honest reviews, instead of our boss watching over their shoulder as they typed up a five star review. Honestly though, that's a fairly minor complaint compared to horror stories that fast food employees tell each other in regards to food safety and employee rights. I'm still comfortable going there to eat, which says a lot considering other places I have worked in I still avoid going to.“
“Honestly one of the best McDonalds in the city. Food is always fresh and piping hot, the people are cool and don't give any hassle, and it's cleaner than any other fast food joint in the surrounding zip codes.However, since the drive through was replaced with a robot, I can never get the system to read my order correctly. I know I have a bit of an accent, but I've never had a human have that many issues.The kiosks work just fine, and the robot is a corporate problem.“

She even smiled at the end. It took a reasonable amount of time. Honestly, I've waited longer in other McDonald's. We ordered via curbside.“

“I've always wanted to McDonald's all the time as a kid growing up and now But although everyone knows McDonald's always may stay busy but they get through your orders and push them out fast they are very good at customer service as well if you ask them for a fresh fry they do give you what is asked of them that is worth it to me.Parking: There was parking and there was a drive-thru but I like just going in to eat and if they had a play place I would play at it but all the food was great warm fresh wonderful with customer service“
“Worst service ever.I arrive the front so they can take my order and I was ignored for about 8 minutes.They don't care about customers in the lobby they only care about drive thru to set the goal 20 seconds per vehicle. Plus my order was wrong.“
“I work here and some people who review this place are just sensitive and dramatic. Especially all the people who get mad at me cause they’re too broke to pay for their meals, or their fries are too cold after coming out of a 500 degree fryer, or you’re having a bad day and decided it’s a good idea to throw a Sprite at me. And they make it that way every time this is the only McDonald's that had made my order correct Everytime. “It's McDonald's. This location is always slow to take your order on the 2nd drive thru order kiosk. Always quick to get food once you order though. Getting the $3 McDouble plus $1 for a second is the best deal, everything else on the menu is more expensive than it's worth. Fries are terrible.“
“My French fries were not hot after I asked for hot ones. The young lady looked at me like I had said something wrong, so I asked a gentleman standing there to try my fries, and he also said they were room temp, and she replaced them with hot ones.“

Nathan took my order and explained the breakdown of how it would be more beneficial to order my spicy chicken sandwich. I was amazed how friendly and kind he was.
