McDonald's in Kansas City

“Truly, enjoyed my drive through experience this evening. Huge respect to Shane for his stellar customer service! Not sure who owns this McDonalds franchise, but if you’re reading this review, please know that Shane went above and beyond for one of your customers this evening.“

“This is my favorite location in the area. Theyre cheaper in app, for some reason? Which disnt bother me since my son is Autistic and loves fries. This location rarely gets my order wrong and they're honestly fast with curbside. I don't like exiting though, the light is scary to go through so I usually drive the long way home to avoid the light“

“This McDonalds is outstanding. I work by this location and it's by far the best location I have visited in years. I live towards kansas side and it is far better than any McDonalds where I live. Thenstaff is ALWAYS very nice and efficient. Food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this location for any time of day! And....I have never ordered ice cream and they tell me the machine is broken!!! 💥💥💥💥💥“

“Fairly nice and clean. Manager was running tables and was a little rude or dismissive but it was a busy time. Responded to my pleases and thank you with grunts and blank stairs. Still, check my reviews of other Mickey D's and this one stand out as much nicer.“

“It's fine for a McDonald's. The interior looked clean, but the floors were sticky and it didn't smell amazing in there. It took the cashier about 10 minutes to figure out how to print my receipt when I asked for one. Food was fine. Normal McDonald's breakfast, nothing special. It was hot and fast.“

“We’ve been to this location multiple times and now every time we are in the area I specifically want to stop here because the burgers have been so fresh and delicious every single time. The wait time is the part I would give a 1 star for, but I guess that’s the trade off for fresh food each time. If they could make that happen in a more timely manner, that would make the experience even better. But I really can’t recommend this McDonald’s enough solely for the taste of the food.“

“Did not eat here this time. Only visited the play place. The play place was nice and staff came in to check on trash and take the trays back. The bathrooms were nicer and better then most fast food restrooms. I wish they had the wipes stocked and more hand sanitizer stations, maybe lower for the kids.“

“It's fast food and the quality isn't as bad as some make it to be. It's Midtown Kansas City and they do get busy. But it's 24 hour service and when you're hungry, you're hungry. Always been my go-to stop for a quick meal.“

“The food is as expected for McDonald's. No problems with the food. I went in there to have breakfast and work on my laptop for a little bit. I was disappointed to find out that all the electrical outlets in the dining area have covers so they are unaccessible so I was not able to plug my laptop in to charge. Though it was quiet so I was able to work, but because of that I will consider other locations in the future prior to this one. The facilities were clean and looks nice inside. I saw one of the workers cleaning even though the place already seemed clean. It was slightly odd that the kiosk said my food would be delivered to my table but it wasn't. Not a big deal, but inconsistent. The staff was respectful and said sir your order is ready. They have a play place at this location. It was warm in there (during the winter), but like the rest of the dining area there is no accessible electrical outlet.“

“I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like anybody for real I don’t even have friends and I don’t want them so coming from me. This actually means a lot. I’ve lived in Kansas City for a long time and each neighborhood I’ve lived in. There has been a specific McDonald’s I go to almost every day for many months on end and it’s this particular McDonald’s that is doing a tremendously amazing job! Five stars in all things relevant“

“well we just went thru the drive thru, used the mobile app to get a deal, the chick couldn't really hear us but we eventually worked it out, the chicken bugs I got were hot and crispy, paired with the BBQ sauce...yum! only thing was that the frappe machine was down😭😭“

“We went through drive through and had the BEST service. Phoenix a young man was the best, he was interrupted by a man which seem to be the manager and he was absolutely rude to Phoenix. We told the young man please do not let that bother him and make sure he continues to do the best job that he has done.“

“I haven't been to a McDonald's in ages my grand daughter wanted to go on a date and when asked where she would like to go of course she chose McDonald's. McDonald's did not disappoint everything was FRESH and very good. We had a wonderful date dining in and just having kiddy conversation and me teaching her restaurant etiquette...We have a date again same location this weekend can't wait.“

“Anytime I go in there in the morning time Ms. D always Grace me and says how you doing baby she is one of the sweetest workers there and makes it such a safe atmosphere. I'm a trans man so I feel quite safe anytime she's on shift and I come into order“

“I tried the Arc Burger at McDonald’s today and was honestly really impressed. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor. I even took a video of it because it felt like something the CEO of McDonald’s should see, as I interpreted him in the video like everyone else in the world, and this is how a burger should be done.

The sauce was delicious and really tied everything together. The crispy onions were super crispy, adding great texture and flavor. Even the bun stood out. It had poppy seeds and was actually really tasty, which surprised me because buns are usually forgettable.

To be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of McDonald’s burgers in the past, but this one completely changed my mind. This was a really solid burger from top to bottom.

If this is the direction McDonald’s is going with their burgers, they’re definitely on the right track.

“I messed up ordering inside and the manager noticed me sitting for a while and promptly took care of my order, You can tell she does a great job by her actions and attitude. I pass a McDonalds to go to this location. Thank you for hooking me up!!“

“Shane totally helped me out tonight. I was having a bad night and his knowledge, help and patience totally turned my frown upside down ! You guys are lucky to have him staffed here ! What a great team you have here at McDonald's!! Wow Shane saves the day again This guy needs a raise!!“

“I miss my Chick-fil-A, quality and atmosphere so much better. They were in such a hurry, they forgot to pick up the table number after delivering. No smile, no gratitude in contributing to their paycheck, they should be replaced with AI, at least AI you can program them to do better. Edit: Originally was a 1 Star, updated now to a 4 Star because I observed the Manager delivering the food to a table and demonstrated everything about outstanding service, including the basic but necessary smile. She just needs to train her employees to do the same and they'll get 5 stars everytime.“
