Ordered on the app and was waiting at the drive thru they took someone elses order but refused to answer me and then shut the entire screens down while ignoring me. I understand being short staffed or needing to close early, but come on.
Apparently this location is all self service. You order and pay at the kiosk. The information it provides says take a seat and they will bring it out to you. All I got was someone yelling out from the kitchen that my order # was ready. Really? Can't walk out and deliver to a table after the customer has followed all the instructions?
