Friendly staff. The sign states that it opens 5:30 but didn't open till 6:41. Again should open up at 6:05am and doors were locked.

Ordered on the app and was waiting at the drive thru they took someone elses order but refused to answer me and then shut the entire screens down while ignoring me. I understand being short staffed or needing to close early, but come on.

Apparently this location is all self service. You order and pay at the kiosk. The information it provides says take a seat and they will bring it out to you. All I got was someone yelling out from the kitchen that my order # was ready. Really? Can't walk out and deliver to a table after the customer has followed all the instructions? How about a little professionalism and focus on the business of serving customers? This is happening to several other patrons as I sit here in this flagship kiosk order location. Sad day for McD's customer service...

Was using a mobile app code for free fries with purchase in the drive thru, I gave them the code first thing. I then ordered ice cream and she told me the machine was down. I specifically asked if I went to a different McDonald’s if the code would still work and she said yes. I had not paid for anything or completed the order, she had just typed it in. I went to the other McDonald’s and the code in fact didn’t work, nor did the new code when I refreshed the app. Upsetting that employees are giving out misinformation when the question is so simple, resulting in customers being unable to use discounts that they used correctly.

So I was a little skeptical since the other two McDs on Barry Rd. leave a LOT to be desired and I was hoping this wouldn’t be another disaster but it is amazing what a different management company can make!I have been through here several times of the day and the food has always been hot and fresh!I see others have had bad experiences but mine have been fine and I am ordering specialty items.I have used the app every time with no issues. The staff has always been friendly and polite.Parking: The side street is under construction but plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA compliance for McDonald’s
