I have been a McDonald's customer for many years, and while I have had both positive and negative experiences over that time, I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional visit.

The staff, including a manager and a young lady, are generally helpful and attentive. The manager is particularly proactive in assisting customers. However, there have been instances of staff members speaking loudly in the dining area, which may make some customers uncomfortable.
One staff member, named Meme, stands out for her exceptional customer service, especially when helping satisfy a pregnant woman's cravings. Unfortunately, there have been issues with orders, such as a half-cut tea lacking sweetness, which may disappoint some customers. The management's approach to handling staff errors could also use improvement, as yelling at employees in front of customers is not considered a professional method of addressing issues.
