Took long and I had to wait 3 hours..and I asked for a simple order 2 pineapple and 2 pepperonis and when I got my order , i actually got 1 pineapple and 1 pepperonis so I had to wait another hour ,
Manager was openly rude and yelling at his workers in front of the customers. Curse words were used, I feel bad for the workers here.
We ordered takeout that was estimated to take 10 minutes via their online system and ended up waiting 1.5 hours for it (along with everyone else in the store with us)…. We tried to cancel and get a refund at about an hour in but they denied us. Crazy of us that we stuck the wait out but we were committed and paid for it at that point.
