Bad service management is super rude I got my order wrong 2 hours later the order wasn’t even placed called the store more than 6 times no answer got to the store and told them about the phones they said the “phones are not working” and they still had an attitude about it. The cashier was super rude too. Bad customer service! Floors inspire the kitchen were also super dirty food everywhere I was disgusted.

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby before the teenager working the register even looked up from her phone and told me she's off the clock, then immediately called a friend. The other people in the lobby were returning their orders, which were smashed and flipped upsidedown. Didn't even get to eat, went to Papa Johns instead. I extremely don't recommend.

Their slogan is “hot and READY” I’ve been to this location on 7 separate occasions and not a single time have they had pizzas ready, always a wait, not even when I order ahead of time!! If I was little Caesars Corp I wouldn’t let them use my brand. I’ve also gotten burnt pizza, under cooked pizza and pizza without the sauce.

The staff closed the store an hour early and refused to complete my order. When I arrived, the door was locked, and the employees were ignoring the customers outside, proceeding to flirt with some customers for a solid 5 minutes. When they finally opened the doors, all they could offer me was 2 overcooked pizzas (one of them wasn't even cut into slices). What a joke.

Stopped by and waited in line for 15-20 minutes. Only one person was working when the line started moving they said they were not taking walk-ins and would not let me get food.
I ordered online, waited for almost an hour since it said that they were busy, the website said it was open but when I showed up the doors were locked and there was another person outside banging on the door wanting a refund or their pizza, I pulled out of the parking lot and the second I did, they turned off their lights. I want a refund.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I will start this off with acknowledging they team here seemed short staffed. That is no excuse for the service I recieved or watched others recieve. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. It was an hour. The cashier never came out to tell any one of the6 customers what was going on or check to see if they needed rang up or pick up. My food sat on a counter for 30 minutes in front of me. Was cold qhen they man gave it to me, missing an item, and he refused to give me a refund. He was cussing and ignoring people prior to coming out to give me my cold food. An hour. For missing items and cold food. Not acceptable.

Horrible horrible service at this location. Waited two hours for my pizza along with everyone else that was here. Just about everyone is rude. One girl was too busy on her phone making sure she looked good and texting when she could be in the back helping get the orders out. Nobody wears gloves either to prepare the food.
