“I don't get all these bad reviews this place is great! We eat here a couple times a month and have always been impressed with the taste and quality of the food. In addition you get to see them cooking your food fresh and it usually comes out in less then 10 minutes. I think alot of these bad reviews are just people that are angry about having a rough night at the slots or tables and are taking it out on these very nice people who make excellent food.”

“This was an important dinner, my son who is 26, had surgery(had his tonsils removed) a couple days ago, and The recovery is described as one of the worst, and it feels like shards of glass in your throat.he has to eat soft food and he had Choices all over the Kansas City metro area. He chose Joe’s, Joe’s mac & cheese to be exact! We live on the Missouri side (Gladstone). So I decided to stop by this evening, and not only get a quart of mac & cheese for him, I grabbed dinner for myself (z-man w/ fries, ribs w/ red beans and rice, Mac and cheese) which I was reluctant to do, due to me having to drive 35 minutes home and I was worried that it was going to be Soggy and cold, Well, much to my surprise, the food was packed perfectly, my food was still hot, and my fries were still crispy! Thank you Joe’s in Leawood you did amazing! I will probably be back in the next couple of days to purchase more Joes mac & cheese! BTW this son of mine recommends Joes to everyone!! “a friend and i stopped in for dinner before a show at the uptown. our server, honey, was so kind and attentive and gave us some great recommendations from the menu. we had the rasta pasta and the lamb tibs. everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. don’t be afraid of spice when you go here!! the vibe is relaxed and comfortable, we tried it on a whim but will absolutely be back.”

Brothers to my eyes because my late granny, just passed recently, make her burgers exactly like these burgers brought tears to my eyes and joy to my soul! So thank you Katie for giving me that wonderful feeling that I haven't had in a long time and a wonderful male and taste that was oh so familiar. Play old fashioned burgers made like our great Ernie's and grandmas used to make.”

“The whole dining experience from start to finish was fabulous. Our waiter Danny B, was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and had great recommendations. The food was amazing! We had whipped ricotta as an appetizer 5/5, the caprese salad 5/5 and the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta 5/5. We took tiramisu cannoli’s to go but if they are like the rest of the food, we will enjoy dessert later!”
