“I loved this random(but always vegan) choice of where to eat while driving through the area. The name struck me cool when it popped up on my Google search for vegan restaurants nearby. Excellent rating. Was a no brainer.Totally wowed by all the factors when I walked in, ordered, waited, and ate. The food was exceptional. Perfect. It sets an unreachable bar. I had the Frito Burrito and Buffalo Cauliflower with possibly the best Buffalo and Ranch Dips ever. Left happy full with plenty of leftovers.From one tree hugger to Tree Hugger, thank you, it was delish, I love your homey place. Y'all deserve awards.”

“Prime rib and salmon were cooked perfectly. My only complaint the Oscar style add on to the prime rib. For $22 expected more than a teaspoon of crab and 4 tiny pieces of asparagus.”

“Decided to give this place a shot before heading in to pay the light bills at the casino. We were pleasantly surprised. We shared cheese curds and the chicken tenders with French fries. I had already read some poor reviews but we thought we'd see for ourselves and maybe these reviews were given on off days because we enjoyed the food. The curds were great, I mean fried cheese... What's not to love and the tenders were perfectly crisp. Not to much batter and seasoned nicely. The fries were hot and delicious. The bartender let my husband try as many beers as he wanted to choose the right one and I had a glass of wine. I was pleased they had Moscato, not many restaurants do. Really, no complaints here, we'd definitely try them again when we're out at the casino. If you're staying or dropping in to gamble give them a chance and don't sleep on this spot.”

“The shrimp fried rice and dumplings are delicious and I am picky!! I don’t understand why people are saying it has no flavor. It has onions, green onions, carrots, garlic, egg. It tastes better to me than local Asian restaurants! But the Asian workers aren’t friendly.”

“We love Scott's Kitchen! Everything we have eaten has been delicious - tacos, bowls, beef, chicken, turkey - all of it! They have a variety of heat levels so everyone can find what suits them. Staff is friendly, patient, and helpful in answering questions and serving. The temperature in the dining area is really cold (in my opinion) and the chairs are metal. If we are eating in, I need to remember to take something to sit on just to warm it up! There are outside seating options if the weather is good, as well as carryout.”

“Ordered 5 different flavors of scones and each one was delicious! All of them were moist, each bite had flavor and so fresh! They weren’t dry and didn’t crumble so that’s a plus too! The best scones I have ever tried! Raspberry Lemon and the Cinnamon chip coffee drizzle were our favorites!”

“We had Garozzo’s cater our rehearsal dinner at Boulevard Brewing. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful getting the entire dinner together. They held a tasting at their restaurant downtown, where we were able to sample a lot of their different courses on their catering menu. This was a great way to find exactly what we wanted for our rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely fantastic and they were constantly in touch with us through the entire process. They kept us up to date through the event. We highly recommend Garozzo’s to anyone needing any event catered.”

“We had only been to Rockhille Grilel once before and didn't have a great experience. Buuuut, we decided to give it another try during their Happy Hour. I got their Bruschetta and it was the BEST I've ever eaten and so delightfully plated. Simple, yet classic. Our server, Trevor was EXCELLENT. The Rockhill Grille will DEFINITELY be on our, "regular" list”

“My Birthday dinner, I was able to reserve a table for 18 the day before it was tough but they worked with me. Our waiter Corey was AWESOME he was patient & courteous never got an attitude which I can appreciate and took care of all our needs. Great food & great service!!”

“I love coming to Anchor Island Coffee. The atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive, and queer owned. All the staff I have met are very friendly.They have the best iced carmel oatmilk latte in the area, and their buffalo chicken quesadilla is delicious.The downstairs area is quite small but there is plenty of seating upstairs. There are often pop ups of local vendors in the downstairs area as well. I have seen a variety of items from art, jewelry, soaps, and candles.There is lots of free/non-metered street parking, but how full it is can depend on the time/day and other events happening nearby. Usually I have no problem parking very close on a Saturday afternoon but on occasion I have had to circle the block.Parking: Street parking all around the shop and nearby blocks. Can be difficult depending on the time of day, day of the week, and any other events that may be happening nearby. There is a lot behind the building but I am unsure if it is public or for employees only.Wheelchair accessibility: Very tight space downstairs, but could be workable. The upstairs would be completely inaccessible.”

“If you've ever thought to yourself "I could go for something sweet" TWO SUGARS is a must. First thing I noticed walking in was good music. Paired with Great coffee, and what may be the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was worth the visit.”

“My grandmother and I came in early in the evening. We were guided to a table almost immediately despite not having a reservation and the seat was nice because we got a good view of everything happening around us. Our server went above and beyond: constantly checking in if we needed anything and asking how the food tasted as well as boxing up our food for us. The food was extraordinarily delicious, definitely not store bought sauce! I kept thinking how I’d love to bring more of my family in the future. Thank you for a great meal and excellent service!”

We tried every rangoon on their menu and each one is worth it. The chicken is also phenomenal and you can just taste the freshness of everything! And you can really tell it is all homemade. “11/10. Incredible experience from start to finish. Food: Phenomenal. The ingredients are mainly locally sourced and the menu is Missouri farm-to-table concept essentially - SO well executed. The menu is elevated, unique & cool, yet *totally* accessible to those who may be less adventurous eaters, etc. Perfect balance. Appetizers: we had the Housemade rolls & chili butter, the smoked ricotta spread topped w/ sweet cherry & red pepper jelly w/ fried saltine crackers (my fav!), and the country ham and rice arancini - all amazing. Entrees: We had the pasta with house made Ricotta cappelletti braised Rabbit (we ordered a half-size portion, might have been my fav dish of the night!), rainbow trout, Pickled chicken thighs & tenderloins, and Pork chop. All were PERFECT, our table was raving.The cocktail menu: Delicious, we all had different house specialty cocktails and loved them all.Service: Knocked it out of the park. They were very busy and had a minor delayed start to service, and without prompting they came to our table with several beautiful, complimentary appetizers “for our trouble” for the initially slightly delayed service which was SO generous, extremely classy and unexpected. ❤️ Their waitstaff was so knowledgeable, attentive/above and beyond, and just lovely.Price: SO reasonable for the level of fine dining, quality, and portions they serve. Yes, you can get a pricey (but exquisite looking) dry-aged steak & expensive bottle of wine if you’re looking for a $$$ experience, but you can have an absolutely accessibly-priced upscale dinner here as well, easily.Highly Recommend this place for any special occasion, date night, dinner with friends, or just anytime you want a guaranteed amazing meal.
