Walking into what looks from the outside to be a tiny, intimate place, the expectation was high. Dark interior is elegant and the drink and food menu seemed quite good. That is until the food arrived. While salad was very good with fresh ingredients, everything else, from spaghetti with meatballs, deviled eggs, to calamari, they were with overcooked, lacked flavor, or simply wrong. This is a beautiful restaurant and bar. The vibe and atmosphere here is incredible. There was great music playing and the candle lighting was very romantic which made for a wonderful date experience.
Pizza was delicious, service was good. Atmosphere was great if wanted to get away from crowds. Premade espresso martinis is a new one for me.
