“Stopped by today while running errands in Riverside and saw they added a smash burger to the menu. Got the double smash with a side of tater tots and loved every bite of it. Juicy and gooey with all of the cheese, just the way it should be. I'm not usually an orderer of actual sandwhich items, but I'd definitely prefer this again in the future. They got my food made up very quickly, and the gal running the drive thru was lovely.“
“I went up to the store tonight because I wanted to get the new blackout drink with the solar eclipse glasses, and I specifically asked when placing my order if they still have the glasses in stock because I knew that it was the night before the eclipse and there was a fair chance that they would not have any more glasses and if they didn't have any glasses I was not going to buy the drink because the only reason that I went there was to get the glasses because it was late at night and I couldn't just go to a store and get them. so when they told me that they did have the glasses in stock I went ahead and ordered two of the blackout drinks and when I got my drinks I did not have a receipt or glasses so I asked for the glasses and was told they didn't have them. so I asked for a refund because I literally asked if they had them and they told me they did and that was the only reason I made the purchase, and the lady told me that they were not allowed to do any refunds ever per the general manager of the store. I asked for her name or for her manager's name and I asked for a copy of my receipt and I was completely ignored and no one answered any of my questions from there on so I left. I tried to call them and of course they did not answer the phone. I really just wanted the solar eclipse glasses if they had them and they really didn't need to lie to me to get me to buy something when they didn't have what I actually wanted. honestly I don't expect much from the store because I've had terrible service there many times but I wasn't expecting to be flat out lied to. and since I paid in cash and they didn't give me a receipt even when I specifically asked for one after the fact there's really nothing that I can do about it and I'm out $9 and I've got two shakes that I can eat because I'm diabetic and I have no glasses to watch the solar eclipse. it really sucks and I wish I hadn't wasted my time with a store that clearly doesn't know how to make customers happy.“
“so I went through this restaurant. I have had sonic in the past. It's mid, it's basic, you will be a knots, but I have noticed the good amount of fast food restaurants improvement in cleanliness of their restaurants overall. I would recommend over other fast food chains.“
“I wanna thank who ever made my food tonight. My double smash burger, crispy chicken sandwich with fries, and Blue Raspberry slush was excellent. I sent hubby to get the food and we stay a little sec away and it was still hot and fresh. To be 7 months pregnant, it's hard to fill these cravings but you guys did it. Thank you sooo much“
“this sonic at 78th and state avenue in kcks has gone down hill can't get your order right and very slow after it showed on the screen my order was on it's way out to me it took another ten minutes and I had to ask what's going on I just went to sonics at 78th and state ave and this time my whole experience was a complete turn around Elizabeth was the one who brought my food to m e she has a great smile and always friendly she is the best part of going there now“

“The chicken wraps here are simply better than chicken wraps from other places. The worker was accommodating when we drove up to a window with an out-of-order screen, he came straight to our car window to take our order and take our card. Service was efficient, pleasant, and the food was enjoyable. I Love stopping here on my way to work to grab a couple chicken wraps.“
“Sonic is sonic. Most locations are the same. I will say, though, this location happened to be open late. It looked like only one guy was on shift and he was still super polite and professional. It looked incredibly stressful and he managed it flawlessly“
“Sonic ice is a special treat at family gatherings. There was a large food order ahead of my car in the drive thru and they didn't make me wait, instead they brought out my order of a single bag of ice. I thought that was really considerate.“
“We often pop in here for a quick bite or food on the road. It's a little bit of a tough location to get in and out of just because of the flow of traffic. Oftentimes one or two things is messed up on our order but we just go ahead and roll with it“
