“So normally Sonic in general has been slow and left me disappointed. However I had a situation tonight where customer service and professionalism pretty much erased all of that. Joseph and the rest of the crew working tonight were fast, and above all extraordinarily nice and professional. One positive experience can certainly shift perspectives.“

“Went to sonic on Coronado and waited for someone to wait on me in the drive through. After getting no response I decided to try the sonic on North 7 hwy. Finally got my order to find out when it get home they did not put my sandwich in the bag. Not happy with sonic.“

I spoke with a Manager named Chloe who was friendly and is trying to turn this Store around. I shared with her my past concerns and she told me the changes they are making. I will be going back to this Location because of the good service I received. Let's give Chloe and this Location a chance.“
