“My partner and I stopped by after a very long and stressful day for two pops. It was late at night, and the app was yet again experiencing technical problems. I spoke with Lydia who had EXCELLENT customer service and was able to help me out. App problems are so common for Sonic it seems, but not only did Lydia take it in stride despite the fact that the employees have no control over the app, she improved my night and put a smile on my and my husband’s faces. My only regret from this visit was not having more cash on hand for a tip.“
“This was the absolute best ice cream order I've ever had in my life. Genuinely. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cup with peanut butter around 10:30 pm - 11, it was honestly the very best. I had a bite close to the end that I almost entered nirvana over. It was PERFECT. Whoever was working there that night, on May 29th, he had the magic ice cream hands. You have to try this if you're there around this time and hope you get him as your ice cream maker. It was perfect.“

I was a vegetarian for eleven years. I had principles. I had a reusable tote bags. I used nutritional yeast. Then Sonic dropped their Smash Burgers and dismantled my entire identity in one bite.
The crispy seared edges. The juicy, smashed-to-perfection patty. I didn't stand a chance. I pulled into Sonic, hit that red button and just like that... it happened.
I've since apologized to my lentils. My lettuce & my plant based burgers... They’ll don't understood but I don't care.
Sonic didn't just make a burger... they made a former vegetarian their most devoted customer.“
