Worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered two drinks. Paid. Waited 30 minutes. Had to remind them that I had ordered them.
The girl with glasses and she’s African-American every single time I come to the sonic I have a horrible experience because she always has an attitude with me for no reason she doesn’t say have a nice day or anything. She just slams the window. I am very unsatisfied and now I don’t even want to go to sonic anymore because of this experience
I have been to this location a handful of times and each time surprisingly they mess up my order horrendously. I ordered a triple original smasher combo with no cheese and it came dryer than the dessert. I also ordered extra groovy sauce and none was in the bag. I called up there to tell them, where they unprofessionally yelled at each other on the phone about the situation and ultimately she said I can make you a replacement, we didn’t want to have to go back up there immediately...read full review
