I just wanna say... every single time i’ve gone through the drive thru i’ve had the pleasure of being helped by a guy named Ian (pronounces eye-an). he is always so helpful, always has a smile on his face and is always in a great mood, it’s contagious!
also, food is good, but its the customer service for me 😄
The employee taking my order screwed it up so bad. I ordered one number 3 no tomato. They were trying to charge me 24 bucks. What? The cashier rang in 2. She would have caught the mistake if she would have read it back. Got the order and it had tomato on it. Good thing I wasnt allergic because I realized it halfway through. The wait was also excruciating.
When I got the slush I ordered everything tasted delicious and there was plenty of flavoring along with the clean patio I dined at with my french toast sticks they were fresh and fluffy 😋
