I just wanna say... every single time i’ve gone through the drive thru i’ve had the pleasure of being helped by a guy named Ian (pronounces eye-an). he is always so helpful, always has a smile on his face and is always in a great mood, it’s contagious!
also, food is good, but its the customer service for me 😄

The manager Sinclair took really great care of me today despite the lunch rush and being short handed. The whole crew were working incredibly hard this afternoon!! One girl bringing out multiple orders at a time to get as many people served as quickly as possible. Sinclair really made my day with how kind he was, and all the staff was very kind and provided the best service even through the hardship.
I see ya'll kicking ass, keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Sonic Drive-In is a convenient spot to grab a cold and flavorful raspberry slush after a long morning. The friendly staff provide excellent service and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner. The burger is a highlight on the menu, and the double smashburger offers a tasty option for diners. Some customers have enjoyed the onion rings, noting that they were hot and fresh. However, there have been mixed reviews about the onion rings' sweetness, with some feeling the batter has changed. Online ordering can be hit or miss, with some experiencing long wait times despite the restaurant not being busy. Despite some inconsistencies, Sonic's friendly carhop service and tasty burgers make it a popular stop, especially for those craving a quick meal after a long day.
