“Hey it's a outdoor grill with amazing burritos and the fresh wood on the fire mixes with the smell of the food. Affordable and very quick and everyone in the parking lot was so friendly and spoke to me. I met 3 generations of the family out there. %hanks for having me hope to see you again soon.“

“Better than the derby location for drive thru speed and friendly workers. Parking a little tight, don't really like their concrete median strips to segregate the drive thru from the parking lot, not necessary just one more obstacle to navigate.“

“love Bionic Burger but the one on E. Harry has a horrible employee that works at night🙄 so rude and ghetto. we literally waited at the speaker for 20min trying to get someone to take our order , so finally we decided to just go up to the window assuming maybe the speaker didn't work. However when we approached the window and told the lady working we had been sitting there for awhile trying to give out order and no one spoke, the lady at the windows reply was " I heard y'all say hold on " 😑 I said we never got to say anything cause no one ever even greeted us. Her with a whole attitude told us " I can take your order but y'all gone have to park in the front and it will be awhile before your food is ready" . I just worked all day and wasted my time sitting at a place for 30min just for me to get rude service and no food. of course at that point we just left because who wants to give there hard earned money to a place with terrible employees. Honestly that was not the first time I have dealt with that same lady and her unfriendly attitude but after this last time wasting my time I have decided to say something because if you don't like your job then just quit girl, or how bout put her on the grill instead of at the window cause clearly her bad attitude is not good customer service. I love me some Bionic Burger but unfortunately that's the closest one to me so I'll have to refrain from going.“

The most embarrassing thing happened to me with my money and the girl seen me instantly break down-probably from shock I dont know. But she helped me and showed the most kindness I’ve seen in a long time! “5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed. And the food is very good 👍.“

“Spangles food is delicious and it was great seeing Rene at the register taking our breakfast order at the N. Rock location Thursday morning (4/10/25). She is very nice and upbeat with a great demeanor. It's always great to see family operator-members visiting their businesses. I ordered the Oooey Gooey Pancakes and they were hot and very good but I just ordered plain, no drizzle or fruit/candy toppings, and they were still good. I'm hoping they'll add blueberry compote to the lineup at some point. I also wish Spangles would bring back their chili cheese fries.“

“I'm a Mercedes sprinter van driver and I travel all over the lower 48. Your soda fountain machine is a hidden gem...I like Pepsi...your soda machine is well maintained.. crisp,sweet,and cold. All employees and bosses should be proud of themselves for having a well maintained fountain soda machine“

“My favorite fast food burger. Always consistent. I have a lot of food allergies and this is the only burger i don't have to modify to suit me, so I may be slightly biased. Always clean and the workers there stay busy and get you empty trays if they have time. Well managed location.“

But what stands out most or I should who stands out most is Kyler he is such a sweet and kind young man and always has a very good attitude when he hands you your food and says have a bless day. “Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

“It's been a while since we have been here. Went in today, just two of us. It was over $27 for two small cheeseburgers and one large fry. The only drinks were ice water. It seemed really high for the food we got. The small cheeseburgers were ok, the meat didn't even cover the bun and the fries were fairly limp and not crispy at all. Unless I was really craving one of their burgers, I would probably go somewhere else next time.“

“2026- Taco Shop is still a great place to get food. They offer great value, great options to try, and everything is pretty good for fast food.

2023- First time I have eaten here. Went through the drive thru and the service was fast, friendly and accurate. Ordered a value meal and for five and change got two tacos, bean burrito and a drink. Hard to beat that especially when two of my kids ordered side items at another fast food joint and I paid almost $20! Would recommend and will come here again.“

“This particular location seems to always have a new staff screwing up my orders, i have had to send e-mails into Spangles headquarter and they have taken care of me by sending me free food coupons which may not solve the in-store problem but has made me feel better. I live in the neighborhood near by and it has always been hit and miss w/ my orders, especially when it comes to the ice cream. But that being said the food has always come out to me hot and fresh at least.“

“Stopped here to pick up quick lunch for the family at around 2pm today paid 47.70 for 4 meals, the tall young man that took my order and greeted me at the window did great and everything was fine until this lady I assume manager comes to the window while he was making our 4th drink and tells me he didn't get us for 4 meals and I told her yes he did I watched the screen as he rang it up and instead of giving us our food that had been sitting for 5 minutes already she took another 5 minutes investing our 4th drink that we paid for said it wasnt on reciept and it was, then asked me a 3rd time about sauce and I explained for a 3rd time lots of Arby's sauce because we got big sandwiches...... Get home 4 min drive, fries are cold as ice and not 1 packet of Arby's sauce only ketchup, spicy and horsey, 47 dollars worth of Arby's became dog food because we can't eat dry sandwiches and cold fries.
